QS & Contract & HR/Account Administrator

About the role

The company is seeking a versatile professional to manage quantity surveying, contract administration, and human‑resource/account functions within its construction projects. The role combines financial documentation, compliance, and employee support to ensure smooth project execution. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between the construction site and the corporate office, ensuring that contractual and HR documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage contract administration documents and related paperwork.
• Generate invoices, claim documents and measure minor works for accurate billing.
• Translate project documents into Chinese as required.
• Oversee all HR matters for site workers, including onboarding and record‑keeping.
• Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate cash logs.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with relevant authorities and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Pro‑active attitude with strong communication abilities.
