Quality Assurance Manager – Offshore Oil & Gas

About the role

The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the development, implementation and maintenance of quality management systems for SPEMOCEAN’s offshore projects. Based in Singapore, this full‑time, on‑site position ensures compliance with industry regulations and drives continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and sustain a Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
• Plan and execute internal and external quality audits for offshore projects.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and company procedures, analysing quality data to identify trends.
• Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and support root‑cause investigations.
• Collaborate with operations, technical and project teams to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and present quality documentation, reports and training materials for internal stakeholders and clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality management within oil & gas, EPC or related heavy‑industry sectors.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, safety standards and best practices for offshore operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience leading quality initiatives across multiple projects or sites.
