Quality Customer Services Specialist

About the role

Airbus Singapore is looking for a Quality Customer Services Specialist to drive quality across all products and services delivered to customers in the Asia‑Pacific region. You will act as the main liaison between customers, service centres and internal teams, ensuring that quality issues are investigated, resolved and reported.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate customer‑reported quality problems related to Airbus products, support or services.
• Lead communication with Service Centres and customers, closing the feedback loop.
• Monitor, track and report regional quality KPIs for Airbus Services Asia Pacific.
• Prepare quality reports, summarising key issues, containment and preventive actions.
• Support the Head of Quality Customer Services in interactions with aviation authorities, customers and certifying bodies.
• Promote quality awareness, coach staff and ensure compliance with Airbus QMS.
• Assist business units with continuous‑improvement initiatives using quality tools such as Practical Problem Solving.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in quality, engineering or a related field, or a Licensed Aircraft Engineer qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of quality experience (or 7 years in aviation).
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and respect cultural diversity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with quality tools (PPS, APQP, FMEA, etc.).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
