Quality Engineer / Senior Engineer

About the role

Vanguard International Semiconductor Singapore is seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to drive fab engineering change, quality, and reliability initiatives. You will work closely with fab teams to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute fab engineering change quality and reliability control activities.
• Summarize fab quality goal results, analyse data, and collaborate on improvement actions.
• Conduct internal audits of quality documentation and records.
• Perform fab process quality audits, track Corrective Action Requests (CAR), and follow up on implementations.
• Handle major fab events, validate follow‑up actions, and close incidents.
• Audit process technology transfers, monitor CARs, and ensure successful releases.
• Prepare routine customer quality reports and manage customer RMA investigations.
• Summarise Gate Oxide C‑V monitoring results and support product quality tracking.
• Validate Best Known Methods from VIS fabs or TSMC.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or Science.
• 2–5 years of semiconductor quality assurance experience.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Certified internal auditor.
• Proactive with the capacity to multitask.
