Quality Manager (7 Months Contract) - Pharmaceutical

About the role

A global healthcare organisation, represented by Michael Page, is looking for a Quality Manager for a 7-month project contract based in Singapore. The role supports commercial operations across Singapore, Malaysia and selected Asia markets in a highly regulated healthcare environment, covering quality systems oversight, product quality, regulatory compliance, distributor governance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the affiliate quality management system, including procedures, training programmes, inspection readiness activities and quality reviews.
• Oversee product quality activities such as complaints management, deviations, recalls, quality agreements, batch release support and distributor quality governance.
• Partner with commercial, logistics, customer service and regional stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, support investigations and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related or relevant discipline.
• At least five years of quality experience within pharmaceuticals, medical devices or a related regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of GMP requirements, with exposure to GDP practices, quality systems and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, able to work in a global matrix environment.

What we offer

• Pay of SG$9,000 to SG$10,000 per month (SG$108,000 to SG$120,000 per year).
