Quality System Engineer

About the role

The Quality System Engineer will lead the maintenance, implementation and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS) and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) system. This role ensures compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, customer requirements and internal quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, including procedures, work instructions, forms and records.
• Monitor compliance, identify improvement opportunities and support changes to meet evolving standards and customer needs.
• Manage quality objectives, KPIs and performance monitoring, and prepare data for Management Review.
• Control document revision, approval, release and retention, ensuring traceability of quality records.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct internal audits; support customer, certification and regulatory audits; manage findings, corrective actions and follow‑up.
• Maintain audit records, prepare audit reports and assist in Management Review presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Manufacturing Technology, Quality Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent.
• Polytechnic diploma holders with 3–5 years of relevant experience are also considered.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Internal Auditor qualification.
• Ability to plan and conduct internal audits.
