Quantity Surveyor – Bonus & Daily Allowance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Singapore. The role involves managing cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration across construction projects, with attractive bonus and daily allowance benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quantity take‑offs using Cost X, Glodon or manual methods and source quotations.
• Conduct cost analysis, tender comparisons and compile tender submissions, handling queries and addenda.
• Manage the procurement cycle: prepare comparison sheets, recommend awards, issue purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, analyse variances, monitor cash flow and forecast cost impacts.
• Control site expenses, review cost allocation and verify project expenditures with site teams.
• Administer contractual obligations, maintain records and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Identify and evaluate variation orders, assess time/cost implications and negotiate final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
• Attend project and technical meetings to advise on cost queries and process subcontractor claims and progress payments.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience with a main contractor in Singapore, covering pre‑contract (tendering) and post‑contract (site) functions.
• Registration No. R26162007EA, License No. 25S3022.
