Quantity Surveyor – Construction Cost Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee civil and structural works across multiple project sites in Singapore. The role involves comprehensive cost management, documentation, and coordination of migrant worker accommodations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor civil/structural works across project sites.
• Handle full spectrum of quantity surveying, including cost estimation and documentation.
• Attend meetings with consultants, track project progress, and manage technical submissions.
• Coordinate dormitory and migrant worker accommodation requirements.
• Prepare monthly reports, material take‑offs, and project billings.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and conduct site inspections.
• Support RE/RTO with audit readiness, manpower scheduling, and safety compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of project costing, tender submission, and documentation.
• Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO) certification.
• Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B).
• Completed BCSS and Work‑at‑Height (WAH) training.
