Quantity Surveyor – Construction Industry

About the role

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading Grade A1 contractor in Singapore. The role supports the Manager of Quantity Surveying across pre‑contract and post‑contract activities, ensuring accurate cost management for both public and private projects. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering integrated construction services across a variety of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting, cash‑flow monitoring and cost control throughout project lifecycles.
• Prepare and evaluate variation orders, claims and contract payment applications.
• Support procurement administration and manage the settlement of final accounts.
• Track project cash flow and forecast future financial requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual terms and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or an equivalent qualification.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong awareness of current market updates and construction cost trends.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction cost estimating methods.
