About the role
We are seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our engineering team in Singapore. You will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring budgets are adhered to and payments are processed accurately.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare tender submissions, progress claims, payment applications, variation orders and final accounts.
- Liaise with consultants, sub‑contractors and suppliers on quotations and claim certifications.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures to keep projects financially on track.
- Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by management.
Required profile
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management.
- Strong ability to read specifications and building drawings.
- Highly self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
- Fresh graduates with a strong learning drive are also encouraged to apply.
