Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in Singapore. The role will support the financial administration of construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency from tender preparation through to final accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage measurements and cost estimates for construction projects, from initial calculations to final accounts.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and negotiate where necessary.
• Perform quantity take‑offs and prepare cost estimates for project and tender submissions.
• Review and interpret civil & structural, architectural and M&E drawings.
• Conduct cost analysis, monitor project costs and assess payments and variation works.
• Liaise with clients, management and subcontractors to monitor progress of main and sub‑contract works.
• Track project progress and handle measurement and valuation of variations for interim payments and final accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction cost management.
• Knowledge of civil and architectural works is preferred.
• Experience with building, HDB or condominium projects is an advantage.
