Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join Unitycraft Construction in Woodlands, Singapore. The role involves accurate quantity take‑offs, cost estimation and budget management for construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accurate quantity take‑off from architectural and structural drawings.
• Prepare and update Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on latest drawings and site revisions.
• Develop cost estimates and budget plans for tender and ongoing projects.
• Evaluate and verify subcontractors’ claims and quotations.
• Monitor project costs against budget and report variances.
• Prepare and submit progress claims to clients/consultants.
• Assess Variation Orders (VO) and support documentation for submission.
• Procure materials and subcontractor packages, including sourcing and comparison.
• Coordinate with site team, consultants, and project managers to ensure costing accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation and closing of final accounts.
