Quantity Surveyor

About the role

The company is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a strong interest in modern digital tools to support cost estimation, budgeting and procurement for MEP, HVAC and ACMV systems. You will report to the QS Manager and work closely with the contract team to ensure compliance with Singapore’s BCA guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the tendering process and help secure project bids.
• Collect and analyse data for cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration and procurement.
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates for tenders and projects, incorporating specifications, market rates and labour costs.
• Prepare and present estimates to meet tender requirements.
• Work with the Contract Manager to prepare and review contract documents, tender documents and bills of quantities in line with BCA regulations.
• Coordinate procurement activities with suppliers, contractors and consultants to ensure cost‑effective and quality‑controlled delivery.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sustainable Infrastructure in Building Services, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Experience in MEP, HVAC or ACMV systems is an advantage.
• Experience with data‑analysis concepts is a plus.
• Strong English literacy and a willingness to learn in a rapidly changing industry.
