Quantity Surveyor – Renovation & Interior Design

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Quantity Surveyor to join our Singapore team. The role focuses on preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for renovation and interior‑design projects, supporting cost planning, and assisting with tender preparation and evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed BOQs and perform quantity take‑offs for renovation and interior‑fit‑out works.
• Support cost planning, budgeting and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in tender preparation, evaluation and variation assessment.
• Monitor project costs, update cost reports and implement cost‑control measures to keep projects within budget.
• Collaborate with designers, contractors and carpenters to validate quantities and provide accurate financial projections.
• Maintain project documentation, ensure compliance with local building regulations and standards, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Relevant diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take‑offs and cost management for renovation or interior‑fit‑out projects in Singapore.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
