Receptionist (Contract) – Sembawang Drive, Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to join a school and MOE Kindergarten located at Sembawang Drive. This contract position involves front‑line customer service, handling walk‑ins and phone enquiries, and providing essential administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer phone calls and respond to enquiries from parents, students and staff.
• Perform administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, photocopying, filing, and simple data entry.
• Assist with student health incidents, late arrivals and early dismissals.
• Support school leaders, the Administration Manager and the Operations Manager with ad‑hoc duties.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE N/O‑Level or equivalent qualification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in reception, customer service, administration or a school environment is an advantage.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of SGD 14.12.
• Contract period from immediate start until 20 Nov 2026.
• Work hours: Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am‑3:00 pm with a 45‑minute lunch break.
