About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist / Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our office. The role involves managing communications, handling mail, and ensuring the reception area remains welcoming and organized.
Key responsibilities
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls promptly to the appropriate staff.
- Receive, sort, record and distribute daily mail and fax to relevant departments.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentable appearance of the reception area and meeting rooms.
- Greet clients and visitors courteously, providing excellent customer service.
- Prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar receptionist or front‑desk role.
- Experience preferably gained in a law‑firm setting.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
