Recruiter (3-5 years experience)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on recruiter with 3–5 years of experience to support hiring across our businesses in Singapore and international markets. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of roles, from manufacturing and engineering to sales, technology and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from job briefing to offer acceptance.
• Understand hiring requirements and advise managers on suitable candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Screen candidates and provide clear recommendations to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, reference checks and offers.
• Build candidate pipelines for urgent and recurring positions.
• Track recruitment progress and keep hiring managers updated.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Support recruitment campaigns, employer branding and employee engagement activities when needed.
• Use AI and recruitment tools to improve sourcing, research and productivity.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience.
• Strong direct‑sourcing and candidate‑screening abilities.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions or industries.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and shifting priorities.
• Good stakeholder and candidate‑management skills.
• Independent, organised and responsive.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Experience in manufacturing, technology or regional recruitment is advantageous.
• Practical experience using AI or automation for recruitment is advantageous.
