Recruiter – Full‑cycle Talent Acquisition (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking to hire an experienced full life‑cycle Recruiter to support Figma’s growth in Singapore and across APAC. You’ll drive talent strategy, partner with key stakeholders, and hire top talent for critical business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting processes for business organizations, especially go‑to‑market functions like sales and marketing.
• Partner with leaders to develop top‑of‑funnel strategies for key roles.
• Source and build healthy, representative pipelines to engage passive talent through cold outreach, events, and content production, while handling inbound applications and referrals.
• Leverage data to inform hiring strategy and present insights to executives to drive positive change.
• Identify, conceptualize, and drive business improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle in‑house recruiting experience in a high‑growth business.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on high‑volume searches in go‑to‑market organizations.
• Expert knowledge of the SaaS/scaling tech landscape in APAC, particularly Singapore.
• Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills.
• Ability to build a talent strategy with hiring managers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Required skills

• Experience hiring across multiple countries in APAC.
• Proficiency in an additional Asian language (e.g., Japanese, Korean).
