About the role
Bayes is a technical recruitment practice focused on the built environment, offering a 360‑degree consulting role. The position combines business development, candidate search and market expertise to place the right talent.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships through outreach, networking and market presence.
- Develop a candidate network across passive and active profiles in construction and design disciplines.
- Stay current on project pipelines, market movements and talent conditions within the vertical.
- Achieve monthly and annual billing targets.
Required profile
- Prior experience recruiting within the built environment is valued, though length of experience is not critical.
- Ability to take a long‑term view and thrive in a small, fast‑moving practice.
- Motivation to meet sales objectives and benefit from a generous performance‑based compensation.
