About the role
Join Kerry Consulting as a specialist Recruitment Consultant focused on the Consumer & Retail sector. You will act as a talent advisor, connecting top candidates with leading organisations across FMCG, luxury retail, e‑commerce and more.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on talent acquisition and management strategies within Sales & Marketing, HR, and Finance & Strategy functions.
- Evaluate candidates' aspirations and provide career guidance.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with prospective clients.
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio.
- Deliver bespoke executive search solutions to meet surging demand.
Required profile
- 2+ years post‑graduate experience in fast‑paced, service‑driven settings (Sales & Marketing, HR or Finance preferred).
- Strong passion for Consumer & Retail trends.
- Entrepreneurial drive with excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in collaborative, high‑integrity teams.
