About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Randstad Singapore, you will receive direct support from your manager and an experienced mentor while collaborating with colleagues across regional markets. The role blends business development with full‑cycle recruitment, offering a dynamic environment for growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing and interview preparation to offer negotiation.
• Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts through proactive business development.
• Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and share market trends.
• Identify and engage talent across a variety of industries, from startups to global MNCs.
• Lead candidate interviews, negotiate salary packages, and provide interview coaching.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, talent acquisition, engineering, audit, or a related field.
• Proven teamwork, leadership, and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills and a drive for business development.
