About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Phaidon International, you play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top‑tier candidates for clients across specialized industries. By leveraging market insights and a consultative approach, you help drive business growth and strengthen client partnerships, contributing directly to the firm’s global reputation for delivering high‑impact talent solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build your client base by proactively reaching out to companies, pitching services, and understanding their talent needs.
• Source mid to senior‑level candidates, become a subject‑matter expert in your market, and align opportunities with candidates’ career goals.
• Own the recruitment process: coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, lead offer negotiations, and ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.
