About the role

Fuku is hiring a Recruitment Consultant in Singapore. The consultant manages the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while building strong client relationships and advising them on recruitment best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand their hiring needs.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.
• Negotiate job offers and manage candidate expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage several recruitment projects at once, work independently and as part of a team.
