About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination and placement.
• Proactively source candidates via job portals, networking, referrals, database searches and direct outreach.
• Conduct resume reviews, interviews and assessments to match talent with client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, offering career guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable candidates.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships and support existing accounts.
• Coordinate interview schedules, follow‑ups, offer management and onboarding for both clients and candidates.
