Recruitment Executive

About the role

The Recruitment Executive will lead end‑to‑end hiring activities for Hong Ye Group, ensuring the company attracts and secures the right talent to meet its manpower needs. You will work closely with hiring managers, manage candidate pipelines, and support onboarding and off‑boarding processes while complying with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and manpower requirements.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Support onboarding to ensure a positive new‑joiner experience and manage off‑boarding processes.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with Singapore employment laws and company policies.
• Assist with employer branding, recruitment initiatives, and prepare manpower reports.
• Administer bursary applications, government grants, and work passes for foreign employees.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment or HR‑related experience.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and timelines effectively.
• Detail‑oriented with good organisational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
