Recruitment Manager – Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

YY Group Holding is expanding its talent acquisition capabilities across multiple business entities. The Recruitment Manager will lead end‑to‑end hiring processes, manage internship programmes, and oversee government grant administration to support the Group’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage full recruitment cycles – from manpower planning and job posting to screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding/off‑boarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and devise recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, career fairs, educational institutions and professional networks.
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives to enhance market presence and attract top talent.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency, quality and candidate experience.
• Oversee internship programmes, coordinate with educational institutions, manage onboarding and track programme outcomes.
• Administer internship and other government‑related grants, ensure compliance, prepare submissions and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Support the performance management cycle, guide managers on evaluation standards and track performance outcomes.

Required profile

• Passionate and driven professional with a strong interest in talent acquisition.
• Experience managing recruitment processes across multiple business units.
• Familiarity with internship coordination and government grant administration.
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and external partners.
