Regional Alliance Manager (APAC)

About the role

Optro is expanding its market share across the Asia‑Pacific region and needs a seasoned professional to shape and execute its alliance strategy. Based in Singapore, you will lead relationships with the Big 4 and global system integrators, driving revenue, pipeline and product adoption throughout Singapore, SE Asia, Japan and ANZ.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary regional point of contact for alliance partners, defining and executing a clear APAC strategy in partnership with global alliance leadership.
• Achieve quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue targets by encouraging partners to embed Optro technology in client projects.
• Recruit, onboard and enable new partners within the Big 4 and GSI community, building a robust partner ecosystem.
• Develop deep understanding of partners’ business strategies and align Optro growth initiatives with regional goals.
• Broker relationships between Optro’s sales team and partner sales, marketing and practitioner groups.
• Collaborate with Regional Account Executives on joint account mapping, QBRs and pipeline forecasting.
• Plan and execute marketing activities, webcasts and roadshows to raise brand awareness across APAC.
• Coordinate internal operational needs such as language support and customer service for diverse markets.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of sales or channel management experience, preferably with the Big 4, global system integrators or managed service providers.
• Proven ability to build partner programs and go‑to‑market strategies in fast‑scaling environments.
• Strong networking and business‑development skills with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed, ambiguous environment and taking calculated risks to meet regional objectives.
• Familiarity with the business landscapes of ANZ and Southeast Asia; conversational Japanese is a plus.
