Regional Digital Project Manager

About the role

The Regional Digital Project Manager will lead the execution of digital initiatives defined in the regional roadmap, covering client experience, web and social integration, and retail digital solutions. Reporting to the Regional Commercial & Business Development team, you will collaborate with global and regional digital, technology, and market commercial teams to deliver solutions that empower staff and prioritize client centricity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the regional digital roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead multi‑market digital projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and manage project scope, budget and timelines.
• Partner with stakeholders to design, deploy and govern digital tools tailored to market needs.
• Consolidate feedback, manage risks, dependencies and communications across cross‑functional teams.
• Identify market trends and emerging technologies to enhance client and staff journeys.
• Design, build and implement solutions leveraging existing group platforms, and drive pilot incubations.
• Maintain product backlogs, troubleshoot issues and ensure quality compliance.
• Create user guides, FAQs and champion continuous digital learning across markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Software/Web Development, IT, Digital Transformation or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience building and managing digital solutions.
• Master’s degree or certifications such as PMP, CSM, or Agile are a strong advantage.
