Regional Education Manager, Travel Retail APAC & SEA-Oceania

About the role

The Regional Education Manager will lead education strategy for Travel Retail across APAC and SEA‑Oceania for MAKE UP FOR EVER. The role focuses on identifying training needs, designing and delivering programs that inspire beauty advisors and drive sell‑out, while ensuring alignment with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs and develop winning education strategies for Travel Retail markets in APAC and SEA‑Oceania.
• Plan and execute regional training calendars, manage budgets and ensure alignment with business and sales objectives.
• Direct educators in creating and delivering training programs, digital learning apps, grooming guidelines and coaching initiatives.
• Adapt and design education materials to meet market and consumer requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, share best practices and makeup trends across markets.
• Conduct Train‑the‑Trainer workshops, certify educators and field teams, and organize events such as expert seminars and contests.
• Design retail service flows and integrate retail processes into training to ensure brand‑consistent service quality.
