Regional Education Manager, Travel Retail Asia Pacific & SEA-Oceania

About the role

MAKE UP FOR EVER is seeking a Regional Education Manager to lead training and education initiatives across Travel Retail markets in Asia Pacific and SEA‑Oceania. You will shape learning strategies, support beauty advisors, and ensure retail excellence that aligns with the brand’s standards and values.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs and develop winning education strategies for Travel Retail APAC and SEA markets.
• Direct and facilitate educators in planning and implementing training programs that inspire beauty advisors.
• Design and adapt education materials, digital learning apps, grooming guidelines, and coaching programs to meet market and consumer needs.
• Plan regional training calendars, monitor budgets, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Collaborate with the International Education team to create market‑specific content and share best practices.
• Conduct Train‑the‑Trainer workshops, certify regional educators, and coach field teams on product knowledge, makeup skills, and selling techniques.
• Design service flows and retail processes tailored to each market, ensuring high service quality and brand image.
