Regional Head of Human Resources APAC

About the role

The Regional Head of Human Resources (APAC) will be based in Singapore and report to the Group Head of HR. This senior, highly visible position shapes and executes the people agenda across a portfolio of APAC markets for a leading financial services group.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with regional and country CEOs, influencing business decisions and providing strategic HR counsel.
• Lead the development and delivery of a cohesive people strategy covering culture, engagement, organisational design, leadership development, succession planning and talent management.
• Sponsor and drive strategic transformation initiatives, especially those related to AI, digital adoption and future workforce capability.
• Oversee HR governance, risk and regulatory compliance across the region.
• Manage complex employee‑relations matters and maintain strong relationships with regulators.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a Regional Head of HR or equivalent in a global, matrix‑ed financial services environment.
• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed HR teams and deliver large‑scale people initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen, influence and trusted advisory skills with senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of cultural, regulatory and commercial nuances across APAC markets.
