Regional Key Account Manager – APAC

About the role

The Regional Key Account Manager, APAC will partner with the Global Account Manager to drive service performance, retention and profitable growth across key accounts in the Asia‑Pacific region. You will coordinate regional execution, monitor financial metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Global Account Manager in achieving service performance, retention and gross profit targets for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate regional execution, customer performance follow‑up and cross‑functional improvement projects.
• Manage margin analysis, pricing, tariff administration, billing and DSO performance.
• Standardise and optimise processes to reduce complexity and improve cost‑to‑serve.
• Drive customer‑side performance issues, data‑quality resolution and root‑cause analysis.
• Lead implementation of new business, ensuring SOPs and work instructions are aligned.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management within a commercial or logistics environment.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and ability to build multi‑level customer relationships.
• Track record of meeting gross‑profit targets and delivering growth opportunities.
• Excellent analytical mindset with experience in margin and pricing analysis.
