Regional Operations Manager (Express/Courier)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Regional Operations Manager to lead our courier and parcel delivery network across Singapore. You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, meeting service level agreements, managing the regional P&L, and building a high‑performing team of depot managers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily sorting, line‑haul, and last‑mile delivery operations across multiple depots.
• Ensure delivery rates meet or exceed corporate targets and optimise routing and fleet utilisation to reduce fuel costs and carbon footprint.
• Lead, coach and mentor depot managers and supervisors while enforcing Workplace Safety & Health regulations.
• Conduct performance appraisals, identify talent for succession planning and maintain a safe work environment.
• Manage the regional P&L, including labour, transportation and maintenance budgets, and identify cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Prepare monthly operational performance reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the Courier, Express & Parcel industry, with at least 3 years in multi‑site management.
• Proven experience managing large teams (50+ employees) in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven mindset.
• Results‑oriented, resilient and able to make quick decisions under pressure.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
