Regional Procurement Lead

About the role

JLL is hiring a Regional Account Procurement Lead in Singapore, reporting to the Regional Account Director and supporting the Account Manager and Account Director. The role manages sourcing activities across multiple sites within the account, developing and implementing sourcing strategies to optimise value, mitigate risk and ensure compliance with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement category sourcing strategies aligned with account and client objectives, and lead sourcing plans to deliver maximum value while balancing business needs, risk and market capabilities.
• Serve as subject matter expert for assigned categories, keeping up to date with market drivers and the supply base.
• Gather and analyse category requirements such as spend, demand, supplier performance and service levels with key stakeholders.
• Manage supplier relationships, resolve escalated issues and ensure performance metrics and contract compliance.
• Manage supplier spend with the Account Manager to hit baseline targets and glide path savings.
• Lead RFX processes on behalf of the client, including procurement documentation and reports.
• Secure buy-in for sourcing strategies across all sites, track and report on sourcing project performance, and drive complexity reduction and standardisation programmes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, platforms and insurance certificate requirements, and support ad-hoc procurement tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of procurement experience with detailed knowledge of the marketplace, key drivers and the supply base.
• Proven ability to manage spend against procurement targets and to deliver and manage complex sourcing and procurement projects.
• Strong stakeholder management in matrix organisations, client relationship skills and people management skills.
• Verbal and written communication in English; local language skills preferred for client interaction.
