Regional Product Ops Testing Lead (Digital Go To Market) Intern

About the role

HP is recruiting a What a College intern for a Regional Product Operations Testing Lead position focused on digital go-to-market projects in Singapore. The intern enables testing across functions and project teams, working closely with project managers, subject matter experts and business stakeholders, and supports end-to-end testing with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers to define testing strategy, plans, schedules, critical deliverables and support needed to complete project testing with high quality.
• Engage throughout requirements, design and development phases to coordinate planning, cross-functional collaboration and testing targets.
• Support change management so project benefits are delivered as outlined in project objectives.
• Run regular core project testing review calls, provide project testing dashboard reporting, and escalate issues and analyse them with the project manager and team.
• Collaborate with project managers, cross-functional teams and business teams to complete full end-to-end testing within scope, process and plan.
• Help solve testing issues and ensure adherence to project objectives, roadmaps and schedules.
• Ensure project deliverables meet their stated benefits with quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship of 6 months or longer, starting in January 2027.
• Strong business acumen, especially in ecommerce.
• Experience coordinating and directing matrixed teams and resources in testing.
• Organised, with strong collaboration skills with peers, cross-functional teams, business users, managers and external partners.

Required skills

• Some experience with project planning tools and software to create, manage and track project testing results.
• Ability to create and manage project test schedules and resource allocation plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, mastery of English and the local language.
• Change management and negotiation skills, and an understanding of Agile methodology and version control.
• Ability to step into different project roles when needed is a plus.
