Regional Recruiter – Singapore

About the role

Disney Cruise Line is looking for a dynamic Regional Recruiter to join its Singapore office. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging and hiring shipboard crew members across the region, supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end, full‑cycle recruitment for shipboard positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Provide recruitment support for multiple business areas such as Hotel, HR, Entertainment, and Marine & Technical Operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local recruitment partners, manning agencies and hospitality networks.
• Collaborate closely with global DCL Talent Connection teams in Florida, London and The Bahamas.
• Develop and execute innovative regional recruitment strategies aligned with Disney brand values.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within hospitality, tourism or maritime sectors.
• Strong cultural insight and ability to attract talent that embodies Disney’s brand and values.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, global team.
