Manager, People Partner

About the role

We are seeking a driven Manager, People Partner to act as the operational bridge between our central Centers of Excellence and local business units. You will translate global people strategies into effective local processes and champion employee engagement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with functional business teams and central COEs to implement people programs, support processes, and localized tools that enhance workforce effectiveness.
• Serve as a hands‑on change champion, executing communication plans, supporting structural changes, and driving adoption of central initiatives.
• Coach line managers through core employee lifecycle activities, including regular 1:1s, performance evaluations, and managing underperformance.
• Review workforce dashboards, monitor metrics such as retention, eNPS, and workload, and provide actionable insights to leaders and COE partners.
• Assist unit leads in executing action plans that improve attraction, collaboration, diversity & inclusion, and overall engagement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional HR generalist or consulting experience, with at least 2‑3 years in a People Partner or HRBP role.
• Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, total rewards, off‑boarding).
• Analytical mindset with proven ability to translate business goals into structured HR deliverables.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management skills at manager to director level.
• Resilience in fast‑paced, matrixed environments and ability to prioritize effectively.
