Regional Sales Engineer (O&G)

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Engineer to promote specialised engineering solutions to oil & gas and process industry clients across the region. The role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen, offering exposure to both engineering and sales functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the energy and process sectors.
• Identify business opportunities and promote engineering solutions and technical services.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
• Support the sales cycle from opportunity identification through project award and execution.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand customer challenges and devise practical solutions.
• Contribute to market development initiatives and long‑term business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, business development or customer‑facing engineering roles within Oil & Gas, Marine, Offshore or Energy sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercially minded with the ability to understand technical solutions and customer needs.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently.
