Regional Sales Manager - APAC

About the role

GlobalSales Pro is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow its sales team across the APAC region. Based in Singapore, the role focuses on reaching regional revenue targets, building the team and running cross-border sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
• Achieve and exceed regional quarterly and annual sales quotas
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with enterprise customers
• Promote CRM adoption and ensure rigorous forecasting across the team
• Work with marketing, product and customer success teams to align strategies and initiatives
• Report regional performance and the sales pipeline to senior leadership

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in a team leadership role
• Proven track record of hitting sales quotas at individual and team level
• Experience managing teams across multiple APAC markets
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decisions
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills
• Technology sector experience preferred

• Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce CRM; certifications are a strong plus
