Regional Supply/Demand Planner

About the role

Apple is seeking a forward‑thinking Regional Supply/Demand Planner to lead supply and demand management for multiple product lines across the APAC region. You will be responsible for forecasting consumer demand, securing supply, and ensuring seamless product availability across Apple’s online store, retail chain, and reseller channels.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Sales, Sales Finance, and Worldwide Planning to balance regional supply and demand.
• Forecast end‑consumer demand for all distribution channels and develop weekly and quarterly supply plans.
• Present forecast performance, highlight business trends, and drive strategic conversations.
• Analyze weekly product sales to identify opportunities and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to maximize sales.
• Support launch quantity planning for new product introductions and manage product transitions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, lead projects, and track key metrics.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses and develop mitigation plans for unexpected changes.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in supply chain, planning, forecasting, or analytical roles.
• Strong numerical and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with a practical approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
