Regional Training Manager – Southeast Asia

About the role

The Regional Training Manager for Southeast Asia will align learning strategies with Nespresso’s business priorities across the region. You will localise and implement Customer Facing Learning (CFL) programmes, ensuring they meet current and future business needs while supporting market L&D requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement global L&D strategies and policies across SEA markets.
• Roll out global Nespresso Train‑the‑Trainer (TTT) programmes and e‑learning initiatives.
• Customize and deploy learning programmes according to regional timelines.
• Leverage dashboards and KPI metrics to evolve Nestlé L&D and Nespresso CFL portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé and Nespresso HR, L&D, and regulatory requirements.
• Submit reports to Global L&D and Nespresso HQ CFL.
• Support ad‑hoc data requests and participate in global L&D projects.
• Develop and drive regional CFL and L&D strategies in collaboration with functional leaders.

Required profile

• Proven experience implementing global L&D strategies across multiple markets.
• Strong ability to customise and roll out training programmes on schedule.
• Excellent collaboration skills with functional leaders and SMEs.

Required skills

• Dashboard reporting and KPI analysis.
