Regional Vice President – APAC Cybersecurity Services

About the role

The Regional Vice President will lead the growth strategy for a global cybersecurity services business across the Asia‑Pacific region. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will own the regional P&L and be responsible for delivering profitable revenue growth while shaping the market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Own the APAC P&L and achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Develop and execute market expansion strategies in key regional markets.
• Build senior‑level relationships with enterprise clients, government agencies and strategic partners.
• Lead complex consulting, managed services and digital transformation engagements.
• Drive new business acquisition and expand existing strategic accounts.
• Recruit, mentor and develop a high‑performing regional commercial team.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, executive forums and customer engagements.

Required profile

• 15+ years of enterprise technology and cybersecurity leadership experience.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling a regional APAC business.
• Demonstrated success delivering significant annual revenue targets in technology services or cybersecurity.
• Strong network across enterprise, government, financial services, telecommunications and commercial sectors.
• Experience leading large, complex solution‑sales engagements.
• Excellent commercial acumen, leadership, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
