Registered Nurse (Degree) – Full Time

About the role

As a valuable member of the SingHealth Community Hospitals family, you will join the care team delivering nursing care to rehabilitation and sub‑acute patients. The role is based in a homely environment that promotes unhurried, personalised care and supports continuity of care from hospitalisation to home and community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to rehabilitation and sub‑acute patients.
• Facilitate continuity of care throughout patients’ hospital stay and during transition to home or community settings.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification.
• Advanced or Specialist Diploma / Graduate Diploma in Nursing (e.g., Gerontology, Orthopaedic, Neuroscience, Palliative Care, Community Nursing) is preferred for senior positions.
• Valid Registered Nurse practising certificate issued by the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Valid BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification.
• Experience in an Integrated Long‑Term Care (ILTC) setting is an advantage.
• Willingness to work 3‑rotating shifts and be deployed across two work sites within SingHealth Community Hospitals.
• Uniform required.
