Registry Associate – Credit Operations

About the role

Join Sing Investments & Finance Limited as a Registry Associate in Credit Operations, responsible for managing and safeguarding security documents within the Registry. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to support the firm’s lending activities and develop operational expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain files and security documents in the Registry.
• Process, update and safekeep security documents using the Registry Management System.
• Perform document scanning, filing, retrieval and release of documents.
• Support annual stock‑take and warehousing activities for closed accounts.
• Monitor overdue files and maintain related records.
• Perform account linkage and data maintenance activities.
• Assist with projects, user‑acceptance testing and other ad‑hoc assignments.

Required profile

• GCE ‘O’ Level or higher.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Independent, proactive and able to work well in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and willing to take on operational responsibilities.
