Regulatory Advisory Generalist – Assistant Manager/Manager

About the role

Join PwC's Risk Services practice as a Regulatory Advisory Generalist at the Assistant Manager or Manager level. You will work with a diverse team of experts to help financial services clients navigate complex regulatory and compliance challenges, protecting and strengthening their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regulatory advice to banks, payments firms, fintech companies and other financial services clients on risk, regulations and compliance matters.
• Conduct compliance reviews and internal audits, identifying gaps and recommending process and control improvements.
• Support clients with audit, regulatory filings, listing, private placement, corporate change and other risk‑related advisory services.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to deliver integrated solutions that address technology, data security, privacy and third‑party risk.

Required profile

• Experience in regulatory risk and compliance within the financial services sector.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple client engagements.
• Strong analytical mindset and capability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business actions.
