Regulatory Risk & Compliance Off-Cycle Internship

About the role

This off‑cycle internship in PwC's Risk Services practice offers students the chance to work on regulatory risk and compliance projects for financial services clients. The role runs from January to June 2027 and provides exposure to business development, policy implementation, and compliance testing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in business development activities, including proposals and pitches for financial services clients.
• Support managers in developing and implementing regulatory frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Create compliance monitoring plans, conduct testing, and recommend improvements to processes and controls.
• Participate in regulatory compliance reviews and audits for audit clients.
• Collaborate with the digital services team to help implement IT regulatory compliance solutions.

Required profile

• Accountancy, business or finance students from local or overseas universities.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
