Regulatory Risk & Compliance Off‑Cycle Internship (Jul‑Dec)

About the role

PwC’s Risk Services team is seeking motivated students to join its Regulatory Risk & Compliance off‑cycle internship from July to December. Interns will support financial‑services clients—including banks, insurers and payments firms—in meeting regulatory and compliance obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in business development activities, including proposals and pitches for financial‑services clients.
• Support managers in developing and implementing regulatory frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Develop compliance monitoring plans, conduct testing and propose recommendations to strengthen controls.
• Participate in regulatory compliance reviews and audits for audit clients.
• Collaborate with the digital services team to implement IT regulatory compliance solutions.

Required profile

• Accountancy, Business or Finance students from local or overseas universities.
• Keen to develop professionally in the risk and compliance field.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and strong writing skills.
• Excellent oral and written English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Team player and eager learner.
