Relationship Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, client‑focused Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of banking clients. The role involves delivering tailored financial solutions, strengthening relationships and driving revenue through cross‑selling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of individual and corporate banking clients.
• Identify clients’ financial needs and provide customized solutions such as loans, deposits, wealth products and trade financing.
• Acquire new clients through networking, referrals and business development activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
• Cross‑sell and upsell bank products to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments for credit applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams (credit, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Banking or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in banking, financial services or relationship management.
• Strong sales orientation with a proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Good understanding of banking products such as loans, wealth management and trade finance.
• Familiarity with Singapore banking regulations and compliance standards.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
