Relationship Manager

About the role

As a Relationship Manager you will own the full client journey, from prospect hand‑off through account opening, funding, first trade and ongoing servicing. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of retail trading clients in Singapore, ensuring compliance, high service standards and client retention.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day sales funnel flow, resolve client issues promptly, monitor satisfaction and drive Net Promoter Score.
• Guide clients through education programmes, host seminars and webinars, and collaborate with external trainers.
• Plan and manage roadshows, investment fairs, conferences and premium client events to generate referrals and new accounts.
• Work closely with Marketing, Compliance and Client Service teams to align operational strategy and service standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in any discipline and meet MAS Fit‑and‑Proper criteria.
• Minimum 3 years experience in financial services operations within MAS‑regulated firms, with exposure to securities, OTC derivatives, collective investment schemes or knock‑out options.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement abilities, with excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience handling client complaints, high ethical standards and ability to work under pressure.
• Preferred: experience in fintech, brokerage or asset management and knowledge of CRM and enterprise workflow systems.
