Relationship Manager, Onshore

About the role

Gravitas Recruitment Group is recruiting a Relationship Manager, Onshore, based in Singapore. The role covers acquiring new clients, developing business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships while delivering quality service and meeting agreed business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular engagement and market updates.
• Identify new opportunities through prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Develop monthly business plans with the manager to meet acquisition targets.
• Take part in marketing activities and present to prospective clients.
• Provide after-sales support and run client retention initiatives.
• Work with internal stakeholders on business opportunities.
• Comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies and risk controls, including anti-money laundering procedures.

Required profile

• Relevant RNF and CFMAS certifications, where applicable to the role.
• Experience in client acquisition, business development or relationship management.
• Experience managing client portfolios, preferably with high-net-worth individuals.
• Ability to meet business targets while complying with regulations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of financial products such as treasury products, equities, investment funds and insurance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
